How do I purchase?

To buy an item, click on the “Add to Cart” or "Buy it Now" option of the item(s) that you wish to purchase. The item(s) will then be added to your Shopping Bag. You have the option to continue browsing or to go to checkout. The item(s) that are in your Shopping Bag are not reserved for you and are available for other shoppers until the order is placed. Any item(s) in your Shopping Bag would remain in your Shopping Bag unless deleted or completed.

By placing an order with KEDZE, you agree with the conditions stipulated within our order policy.

How can I pay for my order?

You can select your preferred payment type, whether by debit/credit cards, PayPal, or via bank transfer. For bank transfers, we will need a photo with a bank reference to confirm prior to processing your order.

How can I find my size?

Kindly use the size chart to determine the most suitable size for you or provide us with your customised measurements for the best fit.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you have a period of seven days to return your unused/unworn products, if you had ordered a standard size. Kindly refer to our refund policy for further details. We do not accept returns on orders with custom sizes as these have been made according to specific measurements.

How many days until I receive my order?

Orders take between 14 to 21 days to finalise and ship.

What are the shipping charges?

Delivery cost within the UAE is 25 dirhams. The value of international delivery will vary depending on each country.  Kindly refer to our shipping policy for further details.

Is there any taxes?

There are no taxes within the GCC, except for customers within Saudi Arabia. There is a 15% VAT on total price (excluding shipping).

Can you replace any rhinestones, beads or sequins that fall?

Yes, we give a one year guarantee to replace any sequins or rhinestones that fall. You will only pay for shipping.
